(Crain’s) — The North American headquarters for HSBC and 22 W. Washington St. on Block 37 were among the winners this year in the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards.
The 21st annual awards dinner took place Wednesday at the Hilton Chicago. Anchorman Ron Magers of WLS-TV/Channel 7 again was the emcee for the event, which raises money for the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

Robert Six of Zeller Realty Group was chairman of the dinner, and Robert Sevim of Studley Inc. was co-chairman.
Grace Poe and David Reifman of law firm DLA Piper again co-chaired the panel that chose the finalists for each category. The executive committee of the dinner votes on the finalists via secret ballot.
