| Molly Kelly, from left, of Jones Lang LaSalle, Jana Langston of Sight on Site and Elaine Melonides of Jones Lang LaSalle attended the Illinois Real Estate Journal's Women in Real Estate Awards Luncheon on Tuesday at the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza. Ms. Melonides was one of three winners of the Impact award, along with V. Gina Giannelli of Chicago Title Insurance Co. and Sharon Krohn of Sharon Krohn Consulting & Executive Search. The award if for having a significant impact on the commercial real estate industry in 2008 and early 2009. Up to three women can win the Impact award. The other winners were Helee Hillman of Jones Lang LaSalle (Bright Horizon Award), Donna Jarmusz of Alter+Care (Community Service Award), JoAnn Armenta of Inland American Retail Management LLC (Crystal Apple Award, for mentoring) and Maureen Ehrenberg of CB Richard Ellis (Career Achievement).
