See winners of the 2012 Food Depository awards

(Crain's) — The North American headquarters for Astellas Pharma U.S. Inc. won Build to Suit Project of the Year on Thursday evening in the 24th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards.
Real estate firms Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., CB Richard Ellis Inc. and MB Real Estate Services LLC earned two honors each. The awards dinner, which took place this year at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, benefits the Greater Chicago Food Depository. The event drew more than 1,700 people and raised more than $900,000.
Sports broadcaster Corey McPherrin was the emcee. Mark Dillon of Corporate Concepts Inc. was chairman of the event; Todd Siegel of CBRE Inc. was vice chair.
David Reifman of law firm DLA Piper chaired the panel that chose the finalists for each category. The executive committee of the dinner votes on the finalists via secret ballot.

Mortgage Broker of the Year: David Knapp, Chang Lee, Stephen Livaditis and Michael Pagliari, Eastdil Secured LLC
Office Broker of the Year: Joe Learner and Robert Sevim, Studley Inc.
Office Property Representative of the Year: Mark Baby, Jack McKinney Jr., Matt Pistorio and Brian Whiting, J. F. McKinney & Associates Ltd.
Project Manager of the Year: MB Real Estate Project Management Team, MB Real Estate Services LLC
Property Management Company of the Year: CBRE Inc.
Redevelopment of the Year: Presidential Towers, U.S. Equities Realty and Waterton Residential
Retail Broker of the Year: Joseph Parrott and Jim Sakanich, CBRE Inc.
Special Achievement of the Year: Rivers Casino, Development Management Associates, Pepper Construction and Rivers Casino
